Standing in motion
For everyone who emailed me asking wtf was up with MMOB during my unexplained absence, I quote from one of my favorite artists:
Thanks for asking. Life is full of "fail".
And fighting time so hard I pray
that this moment lasts forever.
And will the world stay standing still at least for me.
Through my eyes stare into me.
I bear my heart for all to see.
With my face turned to the sun there ever standing still.

TODO -lists
Funny how these things come back to you. I found an old diary from when I was 14. Apparently I kept a diary for a whopping four months that year, mostly scribbling away random thoughts more than creating journal entries.
I came across a list written into the margin of one early pages. The list was just 4 names. One of them, I checked the class registry, was a girl from my class back then, one was rather popular actress at the time and two were written down only as "the girl in the bookstore last summer" and "the girl from Lahti at the bus stop in Tampere." So, I'm guessing that was my TODO-list from back then.
The funny thing is I don't remember anything about the girl from my class, or the actress (well, not even Google found her anymore). But I still remember that the girl in the bookstore had dark brown hair and green eyes. And the girl from Lahti smiled without showing her teeth and kept brushing her blonde hair out of her face.
I never got to know their names.
If I'd kept up with the list, I'm sure it would be as long today as Santa's list of naughty people, and I'm sure many would be on both lists.

Uninspired by a true story
I've uploaded comics for the coming week. Unfortunately I will be on the run for a better part of next week and thus unable to work on new ones. So, this update does not mean there will be a steady update schedule. Sorry.

Enter the 25 character alphanumerical code now for eternal salvation
I need one of those strip search database thingies where all lines of all the characters in the strip is stored and searchable. For three times now I've managed to get all the way through inking and most of the post before I remember "I've done this bit before." And that is not good.
Of course this would not be happening if I didn't take these long breaks from the strip. But sometimes life cannot be helped.
I'm working on getting back to the strip. But It's hard out there for a pimp right now.

Little more to the left, lower, lower. That's it.
I did a system reinstall and have been re-establishing the workflow on the new installation. Also, went and installed google sketchup for creating backgrounds.
